The customer service I've have received from this company has been remarkable. I had manual luggage scales but over time these began to lose accuracy. Not expecting so much as a reply, I sent an e-mail and, to my surprise, replacement digital scales were sent without question within a day. My new digital luggage scales have saved me an absolute fortune in excess baggage charges. Essential for anyone flying with hand luggage only and small enough to put in your pocket. It's a great idea to take them with you to avoid being caught out on the way home! Many, many thanks once again and I'll continue to recommend you to all.

Bought great little travel speakers in January 08 - after several emails back and forth to Andy asking every possible question I could ask. Not being very technologically minded I probably asked some very obvious things! However received replies to them all almost immediately, and nothing was too much trouble.

Speakers arrived very quickly, in fact the next day and were just what I wanted. Whilst I was abroad with laptop and said speakers I couldn't get them to work - desperate for some music - so emailed Andy and got a reply straight away telling me what to do (turned out had plugged in to wrong port on laptop!!!! Then speakers were great - just as Andy described - sound was loud without being distorted, not at all tinny and much better than I had expected from such a neat little item
